Mackie's Haggis Bon Bons

These bon bons are the perfect Burns Night treat - we've made them extra special by coating them in our famous Haggis crisps!

Crispy Haggis Bon Bons

Ingredients:
1 small Haggis
1 beaten egg
1 150g pack of Mackie’s Haggis & Cracked Black Pepper Crisps (crushed)

Remove the Haggis from the skin and break into pieces, then form into bitesize balls.

Roll the ball in the beaten egg and then coat with the crushed crisps.

Place all the balls on a baking tray and bake at 180c for 20 minutes.

Serve with some cranberry or creamy peppercorn sauce for a Burns-style canapé!
