Mackie's Spicy Peanut Popcorn Clusters Ingredients: ½ a bag of Mackie’s Scotch Bonnet Chilli Pepper Popcorn 2 tablespoons of soft brown sugar 2 tablespoons golden syrup 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter 1 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts Put the brown sugar, syrup and peanut butter in a large pan and melt together over a low heat. Once combined, add the popcorn & chopped peanuts and mix well. When cooled just enough to handle, roll into golf ball sized clusters (this is easiest with dampened hands) and then place on the greaseproof paper to cool. Your sweet & savoury snacks are ready to devour as soon as they've cooled - enjoy!
