Mackie's Crisps Potato Breeding Programme

Today our Managing Director and Operations Director were assessing crisp samples as part of a crisping potato breeding programme of which we are currently in the midst.
You can't just use any old potato for making crisps; here at Mackie's we carefully select varieties that have been specifically bred for crisping, to ensure you get the best crunch and taste out of our products. In addition, we are also undertaking a research project into new varieties of crisping potatoes that could work for us.
